1. Start your day with good exercise and healthy diet. 2. Exercise is the most suitable form of improving physical capabilities and managing weight. 3. Get up to change TV channel rather than using TV remote control as it sheds 3 calories. 4. Before going to parties, eat some low calorie snacks or salads to avoid over-eating there. 5. Curd and salad should be taken 10 min before your meal. 6. There should be a minimum of 2 hours gap between your dinner and sleep. 7.
